Valletta Apartments was A+BDC’s first project in Malta, tackling a MEPA protected 3-story family home in the heart of the capital, and repurposing it as individual apartments.

Inspired by the diversity of local small businesses and the strong craftsmanship in Malta, the project apartments each have a different character, and are designed and furnished with different local products and equipment, giving the end user a different experience.
